Refunding Principles

A. In case refunding is required, be sure to apply by writing to the Committee by May 20th, 2011; RMB500 will be deducted from the payment as administration fee.

B. If overdue to the time line above, the non-presenting participants can transfer the qualifications to the other persons, and notice the committee in time to update registration information.

Tips

1. Subscriptions by 15th April will enjoy a 20% discount; those from 16th April to 15th May will enjoy a 10% discount; no discount will be offered after 15th, May (corresponding information of the subscribers won't be included in the forum catalog, guide book and Project Collections); the dead line of application is on 31st, May.
2. The senior member of Investment and Financing Club of the CIPEF will be entitled two quota of ordinary membership for free, and enjoy 30% discount for the other items. The ordinary Member of Investment and Financing Club of CIPEF can enjoy 20% discount.
3. By experiences of the former CIPEFs, hotel room in the surrounding area might be in short supply; participants should arrange room booking in advance.
4. To have a better communication with other participants, participants should prepare enough name cards and profiles.

For convenience of the participating in CIPEF, the committee can offer services as booth arranging, accommodation booking, tickets booking, tour accommodation and car renting, etc. For more details, please refer to the column of "Forum Services".

• All applicants can sign up with on-line Registration Form on CIPEF website; ensure all information submitted;
• All participants can download Registration Form on CIPEF website, fax or email (preferred) registration information to the Committee.
• To apply through local agents designated by the Committee. For more details, please refer to column of "Cooperation Partner".

Notes For Enterprise Registration

The CIPEF features the "capital connection" and "speed dating". For the Committee to help with "pre-conference capital connection" to make a pre-appointment with capital investment institutes, and to improve the connection efficiency and success possibility of financing, please faithfully fill in the Form of Capital Connection, we shall ensure to keep your commercial privacy.
