Refunding Principles

A. In case refunding is required, be sure to apply by writing to the Committee by May 20th, 2010; RMB500 will be deducted from the payment as administration fee.

B. If overdue to the time line above, the non-presenting participants can transfer the qualifications to the other persons, and notice the committee in time to update registration information.
