Additional value added services provided by the Forum

Participant companies signing a capital raising service agreement with International Finance Service Company (IFS) will receive one year of services for free. IFS will leverage its extensive network of contacts and recommend the company to no fewer than 400 investment companies during the first year. If the participant company successfully receives funding from an IFS-recommended investment company, IFS will charge 2.5% of gross capital raised as a service fee less the amount of the registration fee for this conference.

The Organizing Committee has recruited a team of American investment adv-isors with extensive Wall Street experience to help you refine your business plan into a document that will meet foreign investors’ standards. These advisors are available upon request to help participants draft, shape and edit company information to be presented at the forum for prospective investors. Translation Fee is 500RMB per thousand words
