China International Private Equity Forum (“CIPEF”) is approved by the State Council and sponsored by the Tianjin Municipal People’s Government, the All China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and the Association for Corporate Growth. The Forum is the largest equ-ity investment and capital-raising event in the world. The first conference was successfully completed in June 2007 in Tianjin. Attending the conference were 1,556 domestic and international enterprises, representing 223 funds, 952 investment companies, and 381 intermediaries. 　　The second annual China International Private Equity Forum will be hosted on June 10 to June 12, 2008 in Tianjin. This year CIPEF is expecting 6,000 participants, consisting of 500 leading domes-tic and international investment companies with 800 professionals (including private equity funds, ve-nture capital funds, bridge loan funds, and investment guarantee institutions), 350 intermediaries wi-th 700 professionals, 1,800 private enterprises with 3,000 entrepreneurs and 200 well-known domes-tic and international media companies.

　　The Forum offers a direct capital-raising platform, a leading business model in the industry. It is effective and offers low cost basis and multiple investment avenues.
