Registration Options

  1.Register via the Internet:

    Private companies——download the registration form for a company seeking capital (please download appropriate form for private equity capital or venture capital fund raising)
    Intermediaries and other ——download the registration form for intermediaries and other financial services firms 
    Fill out the registration form and email (recommended) or fax to the appropriate address on the website

  2.Register through the designated organizations appointed by the organizing committee. Please see “Designated Organizations” section on the web.

  Note:

  1. Registration deadline is May 15, 2008

  2. Registrations completed before March 31, 2008 will receive a 20% discount. No discount will be given after March 31, 2008

  Registration Procedure:

  1. Complete and submit Registration Form, and fax a copy of the company’s business license to 022-23114417.

  2. The Organizing Committee will start its eligibility check once it has received your completed registration application. Qualified companies will receive written confirmation. Participating companies should pay all required fees to the specified account within 7 business days upon receipt of written registration confirmation (PDF form). In addition, if you have agreed to sign the Capital Raising Service Agreement, then please send the signed and stamped agreement to the International Financing Services Co., Ltd.

  3. Participating companies should check-in at the Tianjin International Exhibition Center and receive conference passes and other related materials.

  Notice:

    Companies seeking private equity and companies seeking venture capital should download different forms. Private equity funds focuses on growth and mature companies with industry leading positions. Venture capital funds typically invest in start-ups and growing companies and focus on the business model and company management.
