A company information conference is a 30-minute discussion to introduce the company and its products and services to an audience of approximately 300 funds, privately held enterprises and intermediaries.?The small conference will be arranged by the Organizing Committee during the Forum.
Through the Forum, a company making a presentation will be able to improve its brand awareness and reputation.?It will make communication with potential clients more effective and increase its chances of finding business opportunities.?
Organizing Small Conference Guide:
Time and Location: All company-organized small conferences will be hosted at Tianjin International Exhibition Center from June 10, 2008 10am to June 12, 2008 11:30am
Event: Conference can either last 30 minutes (for small one) or 180 minutes (for large one).?Company determines the contents and form (which need approval from the Organizing Committee in advance).
Services provided by the Forum:?The Organizing Committee will provide conference rooms and amenities (including a podium, project light, stereo system and video equipment).?In addition, the Committee will assist the company with advertising the conferences in the Forum.
Registration for Small Conference:
Application Qualification
Content of the small conference must relate to the main theme of the Forum.?Company organizing the conference has to be a privately held company seeking capital, an investment company, intermediary or other financial services institution.
Company organizing larger conferences must have an existing reputation in the industry, and the content must relate to investment and capital raising or be focused on leading economic issues

Logon to the official Forum website, complete and submit the registration form for group discussion online
Fax a copy of corporate license to 022-23114417
The Organizing Committee will start its eligibility check once it has received your completed registration application. Qualified companies will receive written confirmation. Participating companies should pay all required fees to the specified account within 5 business days upon receipt of written registration confirmation (PDF form).
Please send all the discussion materials to mzy@pe-fund.com before May 15, 2008.?The organizing committee will review the information within 3 business days and send confirmation to the company.?If the content does not meet the requirements, the company must make all necessary changes and edits |
